Water Resources Development Plan

The Department of Environment and Natural Resources has prepared a statewide six-year plan for water resources development projects. The plan is prepared annually and lists projects proposed for a six-year period to give the Governor, the State Budget Director, members of the Advisory Budget Commission, and the North Carolina General Assembly a long-range forecast of state funding requirements for water resources development projects.
