Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Resources

Overview
For projects funded with federal monies, the requirements of form PWS001 should be followed. Currently, solicitations and advertisements for bids must be made using a minimum of 1) Vendor Link, 2) Phoenix Database, and 3) either a) SUB-Net or b) Central Contract Registration (CCR). (Remember, the FIRST resource you should explore is the locality's own DBE listing maintained pursuant to NCGS 143-128.2(e).) Please document use of at least three of the following resources to develop a solicitation list:

Resources for Identifying DBE (Sub)contractors for Direct Solicitation

Resources to Advertise DBE (Sub)contracting Opportunities
Note that each use of an Online Resource for advertising (sub)contract opportunities counts as ONE use of a resource.
