Well 4B was properly abandoned by Charles R. Underwood, Inc. on 09/22/2017 and was removed from this report.
Well 7 has been out of service since 2017 due to a screen issue, which will be repaired in 2019.
Well 8 experienced flow meter issues - after the meter was replaced the new flow meter had multiple issues that were finally corrected by the manufacturer. In the block "2b - Source Information" for Well 8, I calculated the days used based on hour meter readings, and calculated the flow based on the flow data for the days I had.
Well 10 was drilled by Charles R. Underwood, Inc. and given final approval from NCDWR Potable Water Section on 08-10-2018. The well was put into service on 09-07-2018 and was added to this report.
Well 11 was drilled by Charles R. Underwood, Inc. but has not been given final approval, has not been placed into service, and has not been added to our inventory for this report.
