The Allen Flue Gas Desulfurization (FGD) System evaporates water. Outfall 002 is the retired ash basin. Outfalls 002a and 002b are sump overflows that rarely occur. Outfall 006 is the Retention Basin Primary Outfall that began 2/1/2019. Outfalls 007 and 008 are emergency spillway outfalls that rarely occur. Outfalls 103, 104, 108 and 108B are constructed seep discharges from the ash basin embankment.
