Aberdeen has a new interconnection at Shaw Landing, and 0.1957 MGD is correct.
Sales of 0.0136 MGD to Carthage is confirmed. The connection with Carthage is indicated as an Emergency one in their service agreement; however, it is shown as a Regular sales in this LWSP given that water is sold to Carthage on a Regular basis and thus needs to be accounted for in the Southern Pines demand.
