Modifications to Contact Person, Pumping Capacity, and Average Daily Withdraw


Dear Mr. Barr:

Nucor Steel Corporation – Hertford County Mill is submitting their Annual Water Use Report for Calendar Year 2018 (i.e., for the period of January 1 through December 31, 2018) as required by General Statute 143-215.22H. The following modifications have been incorporated into the Annual Water Use Report for Calendar Year 2018:

• Contact Person and Email from “Terry Hairston” at “[email protected]” to “Bill Vaughan” at “[email protected].”
• Pumping Capacity (MGD) from “1.0” to “2.44” to accurately reflect the capacity of the cooling water system.
