Do you have any comments? In section 2A, the average daily withdrawal was also entered as maximum daily withdrawal per guidance from John Barr for the 2015 report and therefore reported similarly. The data is not collected on a daily basis. Well totalizers are read monthly. Pumping capacity is entered in 2B, however, is not used to calculate the maximum capacity as we do not pump the wells at maximum capacity. Wells are pumped at a steady rate throughout the month. There is no permitted capacity on 001 because storm water is mixed into this outfall.
