Do you have any comments? This report is for the water useage for 1.8 acre pond referred to locally as Gator Pond. He acquired the Gator Pond tract knowing that he would backfill the pond. He basically backfilled the pond allowing the water from the pond to sheet flow into a swale along the N & S Railroad into a farm catcher ditch that runs parallel to the railroad on the far side. This the ditch that water from both the Spruill Mine and Guinea Mine are discharged. Spruill also used a 3" pump to fill a water truck for watering the farm road to limit fugitive dust during the time the pond was being backfilled. Days that roads were watered, the small pump was used to dewater the pond to a tract of Spruill farmland.
