Email reply when asked about discrepancy between average daily reporting and pumping capacity (sent 03/17/2025).
" The Spencer Mountain Hydropower plant has two generating units. Prior to 2024, only one of those two units was operational (Unit 2), while Unit 1 was being rebuilt. Prior year withdrawal reporting reflected only unit 2 operation. In January 2024, we commissioned the re-built Unit 1 for operation. The withdrawal reporting for 2024 was updated accordingly."
